We establish and adhere to essential policies that protect our staff as well as our clients. Each is issued under the Integrated Management System and signed by the Managing Director.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Policy
Ten commitments covering accident prevention, leadership accountability, continual improvement, the Integrated Management System, PPE provision and environmental impact.
Stop Work Policy
Every employee, contractor and participating guest has the authority to stop work immediately, without fear of reprisal, where an unsafe condition exists.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
A zero-tolerance approach to any form of corruption, with a commitment to act in a fair, ethical and honest manner with all employees and business associates.
Sexual Harassment Policy
A work environment safe and free from discrimination, aligned to the Malaysian Code of Practice on the Prevention and Eradication of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace 1999.
Drug and Alcohol Policy
A safe work environment in which no employee, contractor or visitor is impaired on the job, protecting their own safety and the safety of others.
Worker Welfare Policy
Commitment to the welfare, dignity and rights of all workers — covering fair treatment, no forced or trafficked labour, safe accommodation, and freedom of movement.
